I understand that by clicking the "I Agree" button below, I am engaging ACS Technologies Group, Inc., a.k.a. SimplifyChurch (“ACST”), to perform the following initial bookkeeping services:
Categorization of Transactions: ACST will categorize my business transactions for a period of time.
Reconciliation of Accounts: ACST will reconcile my bank and credit card accounts to ensure that my records are accurate and up-to-date.
Generation of Financial Reports:ACST will generate basic financial reports, such as a profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
To perform these services, I grant ACST access to my relevant financial systems and data. I understand that ACST will implement appropriate security measures to protect my information. However, I acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable, and ACST cannot be held liable for any damages that may result from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of my data, except to the extent caused by ACST's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I acknowledge that these initial services are intended to provide a preliminary assessment of my bookkeeping needs. Further services may be required to fully address my business's bookkeeping requirements, and those services will be outlined in a separate agreement.
